💫 Join me for a guided meditation followed by a crystal bowl sound bath, drumming, and singing.
💛 Take this time to let go of tension in your mind and body, relax, and receive. Maybe this is a time you receive insight for something you’ve been wanting clarity on lately…or maybe you use this time to bring more stillness and presence into your day.
*Bring a yoga mat or something to lay on, and consider bringing an eye mask, blanket, or neck pillow for extra comfort.

Let’s honor Beltane, the vibrant halfway point between Spring and Summer, as well as all the mamas for this upcoming Mother’s Day. Take a journey through your emotional, spiritual, and physical body with a guided meditation, followed by a sound bath. Take this time to connect with, and reflect upon the new life blossoming around us and within, while also celebrating the mothers who create and nurture life.

This circle will be held at the South Wales Community Hall located at 6387 Olean Road, South Wales, New York.
Join a circle of women as we gather with intention around the Full Hunter’s Moon 🌝 to share our hearts, listen within, and move our bodies. ✨
As always, it feels soooo good to gather with women and talk about real and big life things, and to feel held with love and support. It’s a divine time for connection and expressing ourselves. The magnitude of our energy when we come together goes unmatched.
